ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ كَرِهُوا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ سَنُطِيعُكُمْ فِي بَعْضِ الْأَمْرِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِسْرَارَهُمْ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

That (is) because they [they] said to those who hate what has revealed, Allah, "We will obey you in part (of) the matter." But Allah knows their secrets.
